Returns and Refunds

Our shirts are printed to order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. It does not limit any consumer rights that apply under your local law.

EU customers: 14-day withdrawal period

If you are a customer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, send us a clear message through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us that you want to withdraw from the purchase. You do not need to explain why.

After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. Please use protective packaging and consider a tracked service; keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.

You may handle the shirt only as much as needed to check its nature, fit, and characteristics. If it is handled beyond what would be possible in a shop and its value is reduced, we may deduct the legally permitted amount from your refund.

We will refund the amount required by law to your original payment method. This includes the cost of standard delivery where required; we do not have to refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned item or receive proof that you sent it, whichever happens first.

Customers outside the EU

Where local law allows, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Any mandatory rights under local law still apply.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the item’s packaging, if available.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct instructions. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. You will not be charged return postage for a remedy that we are legally required to provide.

Exchanges

We do not offer voluntary size or color exchanges where local law allows us to exclude them. If you are entitled to withdraw from a purchase, you can return it under the terms above and place a separate order.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider and bank. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
